Nearly each ongame skin offers a nice first deposit or reload bonus.
To redeem the bonus amount you have to generate rake.
While clearing the bonus you will receive a bonus amount. It's comparable to rakeback.
The terms 8x or 10x describe the amount of points you have to accumulate to clear the bonus.
E.g. you are clearing a 8x 1000$ first deposit bonus.
You will have to collect 8000 ongame player points in order to clear your bonus and
receive the $1000.

Those Player Points can be accumulated in cashgames, tourneys and sit and go's.
There are big differences between the specific kind of games you are playing.

Let's take a look at the Ongame Tournaments and Sit and Go's :

The rakeback calculation for tournaments and Sit and go's at ongame is pretty simple.
For every $1 you pay in tournament, you receive 5 player points.
For each player point you will have to pay $0.2 in rake.
When you are clearing a 8x first deposit bonus you will get $1 back for every 8 player points you accumulate.
8 player points are equal to$ 1.6 in tournament fees.

That is equal to 62,5% rakeback in rakeback.

NL Heads Up Calculation

The amount of player points you will receive depends on the total amount of rake in the pot.
Ongame uses the Contributed Rake Method. That means for every dollar that is taken as rake, every player who contributed to the pot will receive 1 player point.
While playing HU both players will pay the same amount of rake.
E.g. when you are playing HU you will get 1 player point for every single dollar raked from a pot.
but when u get 1 player point you actually paid $0.50, the rest was paid by your opponent.
$0.50 are equal to 1 player point playing NL Holdem Heads Up.

An 8x bonus is comparable to 25% rakeback.

Ongame Shorthanded NL  Holdem

Calculating the exact rakeback amount is quite diffucult for this kind of games.
Player points are based on the total rake from a pot. 
All players who contributed to a pot will receive the same amount of player points.

It is not possible to calculate the rakeback amount in a pure mathematical way.
Therefore we had to use another option. Due to a big samplesize in our databases we were able to calculate a approximate

rakeback percentage of 40 - 45 % rakeback while clearing a ongame 8x bonus.
