I have been paid at one poker room but not another, what’s the reason?
Poker rooms payments are made mostly on a calendar month basis. But there are also exceptions like Full Tilt Poker where rakeback is paid every Friday directly to your Full Tilt Poker account for the previous Tuesday-Monday. Please check our offers for further details.
Why is the amount I've received less/more the amount in my stats?
Some rooms are calculating your rakeback on special points systems that we don’t have access to. We are only able to show you the amount of rake you paid at a room and give you a rough appraisement of your rakeback. Programs like Pokertracker or Holdemmanager don’t show your rakemass 100% accurate!
